In January 2018, Thomas M. Haythe retired from the practice of law after more than 52 years of practice in the area of domestic and international business law. Mr. Haythe was the founder of Haythe & Curley, a medium-sized international law firm headquartered in New York City where he was the senior partner until 2000. He subsequently practiced as a sole practitioner.
Over the years, Mr. Haythe has acted as a business advisor to various boards of directors, board committees and corporate executives and he has been a director of a number of public companies. In addition, he has served as a consultant to individual clients in the world of business. He does not plan to continue these activities and is not accepting new clients.
